Simply place the food inside the food holder, adjust the thickness selector to the desired setting and use a sharp downward movement along the length of the bed to slice or julienne. The tracked food holder allows you to slice with confidence without the fear of food slipping or moving out of place. All parts are dishwasher safe and easily separate for cleaning.
